Our Manifesto
PMS is a purely female syndrome. A singular state of altered consciousness known only to us. A hysterical ecstasy that precedes a bloody catharsis. A secret sign of readiness to conceive and bring forth a new reality. Menstrual blood is the source of male fears and taboos. A magical substance that gave rise to the patriarchal notion of unclean spirits — one that demonizes woman as the progenitor of dragons, vampires, and other devils. We, for our part, declare our menstrual blood a redemptive panacea for global catastrophe — an elixir of life, truth, freedom.

Our Tactics
Raising the Skirt: “Anasyrma”
It is the most ancient magical gesture, a manifestation of female dignity, strength, power.
Anasyrma was practiced in Ancient Egypt in the cult of the cat goddess Bastet.
Anasyrma was used in the ancient Greek women’s mysteries dedicated to the goddess Demeter.
Anasyrma was employed in the Japanese cult of the sun goddess Amaterasu.
Anasyrma was at work in the Scandinavian myth of the goddess Skadi.
Raising their skirts in imitation of the goddesses’ gesture, women of old drove the spirits of cold, hunger, and war away from themselves and their offspring.
They believed in the power of the vagina, the mere sight of which brought dead goddesses back to life and killed the spirits of evil, violence, war.
Our Symbolism
Vagina
The vagina is the symbol of humanity’s common origin.
The vagina is the symbol of woman’s primacy and dominance — beside her, all ideologies and cultures are mere flotsam.
It is the chief justification of democracy as the equality of all who are born.
The apotheosis of hope for the rebirth of our world, mutilated by patriarchy.
It is unconditional power.
Showing it is the supreme act of nihilism, anarchy, and freedom.
